Walkers passage vandalism & property damage

Grafitti is all over walkers passage. So is pigeon poo, tons of it it's a health risk! So are the pigeons above on window ledges, truly a disgrace, residents in the alley are awoke every single night with noise, shouting, drunks, drug takers and vandalism, EVERY night it's hell living here, it's 1205 am and for the second time tonight the hairdressers window has just been smashed, close it at night to public or close it completely we all pay council tax and for what? Bloody zip!!
