Bollards missing/damaged

Bollard on one of the traffic islands has been removed. Also, on the opposite island, the reflective panels on the wooden bollard has been removed.

Both bollards are now missing. A very serious problem - a number of cars have already driven into the islands and have been damaged, as a result.
