Good afternoon. At 4 Manitoba Close, the owners have allowed their conifers to become incredibly overgrown. They are currently about one foot away from covering a lamp-post completely in height and take from a third of the pavement up to half of it in width. It is becomming increasingly difficult for my disabled neighbour to see as she drives around the corner and it is impossible to walk along the path with a pram and a toddler. The situation has become unsafe. I hope you are able to remedy the situation.
