Overgrown Tree Causing House Damage

The tree on the grass verge just outside 41 Headcorn Drive Canterbury needs pruning quite drastically.

I have had problems with roots growing into my drains and I'm concerned that structural damage to the foundations of my bungalow may be sustained.
