Incorrect lights set up

Approching the lights from Chiswick towards Hammersmith you find two sets of light which work in parallel. Problem is when a driver passes first light (on yellow light for example) and stops on the second one on red(where pedestrian crossing is). This often colides with a green light for depot buses which join the traffic. Bus drivers honk like mad simply because other drivers stop at traffic light thinking it's red for pedestrians but in fact second set parallels first one which stops drivers entering the junction. Honk noise is unbearable from 7AM in the morning till very late and we hear that every day living oposite the depot. Bus drivers know the problem but use honks regardles of Highway Code. Simple shutters on the lights and adjustments with its timing and road lines would sort it out. Other residents looking forward to take actions. Pls do not hesitate to contact me with any query.
