Perimeter of field is STILL covered with bricks, glass, garden rubbish etc. As reported in May this year. Does a child have to sever an artery before this is clear up?

Sorry for this late update.The land in this location is in the ownership of Sheffield Homes and I have passed it to them for their attention.
