Tenants at number 35 torre road have moved out and left 5 wheelie bins full of household waste in garden 2 are tipped over with the rubbish spilling in to garden will eventually attract rats its disgusting, Gardens are overgrown and is an eyesore, landlord needs to get cleared up we shouldnt have to live amongst this mess
