Someone forgets to take their bins out and tips it into the bushes next to our house and it attracts all sorts of insects and stinks, someone even threw a nappy into our garden from the rubish being dumped. There is also a vacant piece of land behind our property which is over grown and people dump all sorts of rubbish, broken tvs, it is overgrown and never gets cut, a month ago someone burnt it and it is so close to house's.
