Bushes obstructing 75% of pavement

Only 1 person at a time can use the pavement. Parents with kids and pushchairs have problems. Bushes force you onto the busy road when passing someone.

Problem is now worse as the weather gets worse - the bushes soak you as you brush past. Also it forces you to walk right at the edge of the pavement where there is a lot of spray from cars driving through the large puddles on Lifford Lane. I did get a reply from BCC on the 3rd Sept but nothing has been sorted over three weeks later.
