Quality of roads

The quality of the roads in the 'estate' that starts with Court Ord Road are extremely poor. I do not think they can have been resurfaced in living memory! Also pavements very uneven.

I was told there wasn't a problem and propose to take photos to address. A lot of the roads in the estate are just concrete with massive tarmac joins in the middle. I admit if you look at court ord it appears ok. If they had entered the estate and done the review they would see what I mean. I'll admit I'm a little angry with the fact that this was dismissed out of hand - when I honestly haven't seen roads in this state anywhere in the Brighton and Hove area. We all pay the same taxes and therefore should all be considered equally.
