Rotting meat & refuse on pavement

Dear Enfield Council,

There is a worsening, repeating problem of flytipping refuse - including rotting meat covered with flies - on the pavement at the North Circular end of Hardwicke Road.

Bags of refuse are piled up at all times during the week and regularly spill out rotting meat over the pavement and highway.

The problem needs investigation, intervention and continued surveillance on an ongoing basis.
