Speeding Cars

I would like to inform the council that, since there are no bumps on this residential street, some of the neighborhood boys speed up and down this street without any regard of the law or playing children. In many cases this would not be a urgent matter, however since there is a playing filed on the other side of the street many of the children play and walk up and down this street. I don't need to explain to council that high speeding on residential street and playing children do not match very well. It would be greatly appreciated for the public safety that council take some steps to address this speeding problem. I thank you for your time.
