Potholes/resurfacing

This relates to the area of Ivydale Rd, immediately west the junction with Inverton/Merttins Rd, where the tarmac changes colour from red to black.

Due to the 'ramp' level of the different coloured tarmacs being uneven, a vast series of potholes and wearing away of the road has developed.
