Dumped fridge/ rubble thrown at trains

A black fridge has been dumped and is obstructing the road , all the other rubbish that the council has failed to clear is ending up on the rail line. if you look over the rail bridge you will see large lumps of rubble on the track. I believe that the council has a duty of care to do something about this. It would help if you actually cleared up all the rubbish which is allways dumped in the road, then due to your 20 + days it takes for you to respond it then ends up being moved by some one to the verge or the mx track where you then use the excuse its not on our land. If a train is hit or de railed or the driver is killed its the council that will be at fault!!!!

Ther fridge was never removed just rolled down the embankment where it still remains to this day.. was never removed by the council
