Missing Black Rubbish Bin

There used to be a black bin attached to the lamp post outside 45 Athenlay Road. This bin has been missing for ages but the road sweeper still has to leave the blue bag of rubbish by the lamp post (as per road sweeper) because it is a known pick up spot. The problem is that the bag is not always collected the same day, hence foxes tear the bags open and the rubbish is strewn all over the path. The rubbish has now been there for 3 days!. Maybe a bin needs to be replaced and then the collection done on the day it is left on the pavement?????

Still no bin at the site outside 45 Athenlay Road. Road sweeper said he himself had reported that the bin in missing and blue rubbish bag to be left against lamp post. Rubbish in then scattered after Fox (cat) infiltration.
