No Right Turn sign conflicts with cycle route

At the north end of New Road, cycle route NCR20 is supposed to turn right into Church Street, but there are "No Right Turn" there. These should have an "except cycles" plate. (Church Street is a one way street, but NCR20 proceeds to Marlborough place via a contraflow cycle lane)
