Ice cream van noise. For some time now the ice cream van comes into our area and makes it's noise. It playes it's tune all the time, over and over again. I wakeup at night and can hear the tune going through my mind like I can hear it. It's very annoying and I have approached the driver and asked him not to play his noise for so long but it has become even worse. This is noise pollution. We can hear him even when he is several streets away. He keeps it going all the time as though we are deaf. Please help.

The Council just managed to sort the problem out. So far everything's fine but I have a nasty suspicion that it will start again when the heat dies down. It's a feeling and the vibes I get from the ice cream chimes. I bet it won't be long before it rises again. Thanks. Regards len
