Rubbish in Park Hall Road
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 20:55, Sun 29 August 2010
Sent to Lambeth Borough Council 5 minutes later
Some time ago, Dulwich estate, the freeholder of the block containing Tesco moved the bins for the residential tenants in the flats above out of the service yard and onto the pavement adjacent tesco because tesco complained to them about overflowing bins and vermin. The legality of moving the bins into the public domain is questionable. The bins are always overflowing at weekends and this weekend one of Dulwich Estates residential tenants in a flat above Tesco has emptied the contents of his flat onto the pavement adjacent the bins and graffiti has started to appear on the building. This must be looked into and the Dulwich Estate must not be allowed to move their rubbish problem into the public domain.
