Cycles on lamposts

in this area of lyndhurst road there are more than three bikes attached to lamposts street signs and other posts it realy looks a mess some have been left unused for months just going rusty

The bicycles are still there although they have had yellow warning labels attached dated in September, they still block the pavement when the bins are put out you cannot pass them in a wheelchair as they are always falling over in the wind plus the kids stand around them kick them over when they are board.
