Dog fouling

Every day there is a dog or dogs fouling the pavement at the side of my house which runs from Hubert Rd and into Heather Rd. On Friday of this week I had to wash dog excrement away with 5 buckets of water. If you care to look you can see the remains of dogs mess fromm the coner of Heather Rd to my own house.

No one cares - just have to carry on cleaning it yourself and paying your council tax for the privilege
