Overgrown Plants

Reported in the Parks/landscapes category by Dr Hanif Ahmed at 12:21, Sun 29 August 2010
Sent to Stockport Borough Council 3 minutes later

The new plants in the recreational are on Snowdon Close/Pembroke Close are very badly overgrown and in desperate need of weeding. The grass was mowed a few months ago and the workmen said someone would come back and do the weeding but no one has returned.

Still the same but had a call from the local council who informed that they are not responsible for this work, it is down to the house builder to maintain.

fmsgame: this is fixed

Posted by Dr Ahmed at 12:25, Thu 30 December 2010

This problem has NOT been fixed. The plants have not been pruned and have overgrown even more. The only progress has been the local council 'passed the buck' to the estate developer. Stockport Council have stated that it is the responsibility of Antler Homes to maintain this recreational area. The chances of getting Antler Homes to do any work on the estate are very low but the problem is NOT fixed!
