The general condition of Kenley Lane from junction with Welcomes Road uo and beyond junction with Cumberlands is such that there are now deep potholes in the carriageway and sevre risks to pedestrians walking at the side of the road from deep holes, a broken ankle can result especially at night due to the poor level of street lighting.
