Unsafe rubbish being put into large bins outside of Tesco

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by David Clarke at 20:25, Sat 28 August 2010
Sent to Lambeth Borough Council 4 minutes later

A lot of household rubbish is being placed in and alongside of the large bugs at the side of Tesco on Park Hall Road. Often this is household fittings such as lighting, cupboards and old carpet. This is unsafe for local children and extremely anti-social. This is a very unsatisfactory situation and is an abuse of the bins. One would question why the bins are located on the pavement when they seem to be for commercial waste.
