Bad timing

You are going to be responsible for someones death if you do not re-phase these traffic lights. Unlike you, i live in the real world... If lights are timed badly, people will run the risk of going through a red light. Someone has already been killed at this junction recently. Also, can you defend a traffic light system that shows a green man EVERY CYCLE, even though there are NO pedestrians crossing? Can you also defend a phasing system that allows 3-4 cars through before returning to red? Please re-phase ASAP. Its pathetic.
