Outside of 104 bilhay is a drain in the road that smells so bad, i have had the council out 4 times in 18 months and each time they say the drain is not blocked but refuse to investigate further, it is obvious there is a sewerage leak as the smell is horrendous and travels up our entry to the front door, i have had delivery men and visitors refuse to park outside and it is attracting midges of some kind that is getting out of hand, we need it investigated further as the smell has been there constantly for over 2 years and is worse during the summer months
