Leaking Drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a drain that continually leaks water into the road. This does not appear to be limited to when it rains. During the cold winter on several occassions this spread across the whole left hand carridgeway and then the water froze causing black ice. This is dangerous for car drivers but in particular for cyclists it is lethal.
