Overgrown Bushes

There is a path running along the northern side of Manor Lane which is segregated for cyclist use and pedestrian use. The path is marked out for cyclists to use the inside of the path but it is impossible to remain in the cyclists area at two points on the path due to overgrown bushes stretching across the path between lap posts 5 & 8. These bushes would appear to be outside the boundaries of the houses concerned and so I assume they are the responsibility of CoYC. I have attached a photograph.

The problem is now fixed. I did receive an email from City of York Council apologising for the delay which was good.
