The ABANDONED garages situated between Bark Piece and Warston Avenue have since 2008 failed to be cleaned up or demolished after being reported to the estate management at Birmingham city council.
These garages are a hotspot for antisocial behaviour with youths from the locale vandalising the garages further ndoned since 2008. Infants can be seen regularly vandalising affected repairs and climbing on the roof only a matter of time before one gets hurt. The block was subject to vandalism, graffiti (broken windows theory anyone?) Significantly Wilson Dixon has been out on numerous occasions to perform the SAME PATCH REPAIRS AT COST to Council tax payers! And then twisted metal shutters remain whilst empty garages are patched there is no logic to this it should be bulldozed or stop the local kids from vandalising Yet nothing is done.
