Dog Fouling

We work at the Hove Business Centre behind hove train station and in recent weeks we have noticed that one particular dog seems to be fouling right outside the entrance to our building. We have caught this guy on camera but are not sure who would be able to help us with this problem? This is a repeat offender as we have noticed the same dog has fouled many surrounding streets around business centre.

Fix my street was the only place I could find to voice my concerns as I tried to contact the council direct and there was no-one who could help me. thanks you "fix my street" for allowing be to upload images of this regular offender.
