Construction work completely blocking footpath

The construction work happening at the corner of Bevis Marks, Houndsditch and St Botolph is completely blocking the footpaths making it impossible to either cross the road or access the subway.

It creates a dead-end, which forces pedestrians to walk all the way around the block to just cross the street.
