Rubbish dumped

I watched a man in a white van, registration GL05 YHN blatantly empty his refuse on to the common at 12.25 25th August. He was accompanied by a woman who drove off in a seperate car. Items discarded included a newspaper, polystyrene cups and general waste from his lunch.

The driver of the vehicle concerned pleaded guilty and was given a fixed penalty of £75.
