There is a vastly overgrown tree in the garden of 11 Abery street that is overhanging the neighbouring property's and is causing damage to the rear wall and foundations, it is approximately 40 feet in height with a diameter of 10 feet, it is shedding into the neighbouring property's blocking drains as well as being a potential fire hazard.

The council just shrugged off the responsibility saying that because it was not growing in a council property it was not their problem. But I hope they understand that as it is a potential fire hazard and when it causes destruction to property and possibily life! they will pickup some of the tab.
