Blocked pavements

The garage door company use this lane as a yard for temporary storage of stock and rubbish. Frequently there is a skip half blocking the pavement with sharp objects protruding at face level into the footpath. They have deliveries which are dumped on the pavement and quite often block the way of pedestrians on both sides of the road. The road is often full of rubbish and scrap parts of garage doors/screws etc that don't quite make it into the skip. The picture shows the pavement completely blocking the footpath on the left and the skip on the right. Often there are vehicles delivering to the company parked blocking the pavement as well.

Just as bad this morning, where the stack of garage doors are to the left of the picture above is, a van bearing the company logo was parked blocking the entire pavement, all four wheels off the road.
