Rubbish & Dog Faeces Fly-Tipping

Subject the pathway between Shelley Close and Sellwood Road in North Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The area surrounding the lamp post where a dog faeces bin used to be situated is not only being used by dog owners to dump their plastic bags full of dog faeces on the ground surrounding the lamp post, but is now being used to dump general rubbish.
