Recently the council has moved a woman and loads of kids into this house(I believe no.10). She is constantly screaming and swearing at her kids(can be heard all round the area)at all times, her kids cause nuisance(i.e running in front of cars then swearing/shouting at drivers), constantly swearing and just running riot over the area(ages between 5-8ish). The woman and her eldest daughter often sit drinking(very drunk) in their front garden while looking after a young baby. This used to be a very quiet area until the council moved this family in. Can words either be had or the family moved to a more suitable location where they will fit in!!
