The bin for dog faeces, located on the small bridge linking Picklers Hill and the South Avenue Bridleway, in North Abingdon, has been vandalised/damaged. It needs to be re-set in the ground and more securely than previously.

Don't the residents of Picklers Hill care what their neighbourhood looks like with a damaged bin and dog faeces left all around the bin and falling/leaking into the adjacent stream?

The bin has still not been re-set in the ground and rubbish is still strewn everywhere.
