Noise - Restaraunt air extractor

A restaurant at 107 Stoke Newington High Street has a kitchen air extractor located on the back of their building that makes a very loud noise seven days a week from approximately 11:00 am (when the shop opens) until 12:00 midnight (when the shop closes). During these hours the air extractor is consistently in operation aside from a few brief 15-minute periods throughout the day.
The area behind the restaurant at 107 Stoke Newington High Street is residential. There are a number of flats within the upper floors of the same building the restaurant is located in and many of the backs of the flats and gardens along Palatine Road and Palatine Avenue are in close proximity to the noisy air extractor. We would please ask that Council’s Noise Team investigate this as a noise complaint and that the appropriate action be taken to abate the nuisance
