Yesterday the vehicle was checked again by a gentleman from hackney homes who told me that whilst the displayed tax disc expired last january, the owner had retaxed it in late november and also lives in our street. So the car is legal to everyone except the police but the owner doesn't drive much as the car has never moved, and the weeds are still growing. Thankyou for your continued attention.
