Building waste dumped into Water of Leith.

There seems to be a large amount of building waste at risk of ending up in the Water of Leith. Indeed, and the photo shows that some already has ended up in there. given that hundreds of volunteers work to keep the river clean, the owners of the old Bonnington Bar where the waste has clearly come from need to be made to clear this up.
