Re-cycling & rubbish bins

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 3 minutes later

No 3 Graanville Road -Rubbish, re-cyling and wheelie bin left on pavement after emptying. This is the only house in the street that consistently leaves bins on the pavement. The residents having been asked nicely to move them take no notice.
