Roundabout and surrounding area littered with daft signs/posters

This roundabout and nearby is covered in 50% off, buy now pay later, trade in your old giraffe for a new sofa, etc etc etc

Apart from being a mess, it is very distracting for motorists and they are never removed once the even has passed, they just get left and then ripped down by hoodlums, leaving the cable ties sticking out waiting for someone’s eye to get removed

Please sort this, is it legal to join advertising to a council lamppost?
