Graffiti & Rubbish in Goodacre Road

Every night the same group of children (and one 16 year old) trash the road. They empty local skips and wheelie bins throwing the rubbish all over the road. Yesterday they emptied a skip which contained numerous bars of soap and kicked them all over the road at cars and drew all over the road and payments with offensive language. Even though it has rained the street is still stained from this. This one group of children are making the street a mess and making the older generation scared
