Constant red light offenders

Ive contacted the council , police and evening post about the constant red light jumpers on the east st / dalby avenue pedestrian crossing,everyone from bike to cars and buses and trucks go through the lights when on red, i have a cctv camera outside my shop and nearly every 1 out of 2 red light is ignored. we need a camera before someone is killed, i myself have had confontations with drivers who go through lights and have nearly hit me.

still no cameras on this set of lights, the council are changing the lights to another sort but there is still no talk of a camera,. my shop assistant nearly got hit by two cars minutes ago ,on red, one driver was on his phone
