Dangerous Tree in Church Road

There's a huge Leylandii in one of the Church Road houses' back gardens - it's well over 75 feet high and totally exposed to the wind. It's blocking the sunlight into the houses on all sides of it, and if it was blown over it would hit at least one house, because it's too tall not to. It's dangerous and should be cut down.
