Dangerous fence ignored for year the other end

The other end of this dangerous fence alongside public right of way R103. This fence has been in this state for years, It has been reported to the IW council numerous times. Last year a dog was seriously injured on this fence. There has been a video on YouTube since May 2009 yet still the council do nothing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXDCcndm8Jk

still the same hazard, the tourist don't see it so its a case of out of sight out of mind
