This road is a disgrace

Another dangerous mound in this road which was completely resurfaced in April 2010. Doesn't show well in photo but this is a large mound which could kill a cyclist on this steep hill. Sort it out, and look sharp as this is your responsibility.

You are well aware of the state of this entire road. Sack whoever awarded this contract.
