Recurring bodged up mound in the road. Obvious danger to motorists, cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians. Get it sorted, and not by the usual cowboys

Its just been bodged up again, but as can be seen from the original picture they had already patched it and it just keeps coming back. Apparently they only patched it temporarily up as it was dangerous for the scooterists coming to the island for the August bank Holiday scooter rally.
But what about the scooterist and the other motorcyclist and the push bike riders who live on the Island?
if its dangerous for the visitors its dangerous for everyone!!
This road is finally being re surface. It was fully resurfaced in April (6 months ago) this year but as usual for the council the job was incompetent. The problem outlined is at the time of writing still the same as the top half of the road is being resurfaced first. I will update, when and if,the problem is actually addressed, and hopefully the new surface might last longer than the 6 months the last one did.
As above, still waiting for the bottom end of this road to be resurfaced so the problem remains over 3 months after it was reported. Will update when the problem is finally sorted.
