New 'Planters'

Sent to Manchester City Council 4 minutes later

New planters have recently been delivered to the local area. They are a disgrace. They look cheap and appear to be filled with weeds. Those that are hanging on the safety railings obstruct the view of residents coming off their driveways in cars and the large planters on the pavements are vandalised by youths at night, leaving the surrounding pavement area covered in soil. I have no idea whose idea it was to put them there, but many local residents were horrified when they were delivered.
