Bins not collected

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later

Our purple bins should be collected on mondays (as on the new schedule from june). Since these date back in june our bin is not empty and we have to phone to report it.Our last report ref: 5113602 they said it was going to be collected the next day at 5:30. But no binmen came to collect it. This happens every week.
