Overgrown area by recycling bins

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:11, Sat 14 August 2010
Sent to Sheffield City Council 3 minutes later

The area behind the recycling bins in the carpark of the Carfield Medical Centre that was "landscaped" to help deter flytipping has become overgrown with nettles, etc. and needs attention. Rats - alive and almost dead - are often seen around these recycling bins too - may be related either to the overgrown area or the need for more frequent emptying of the plastics bins.
